Open a new Incognito window in your Google Chrome browser and type in “florist or flower delivery, [your] city, state.” Even if you’re in a small to mid-sized city, you’ll probably see ads from familiar national advertisers, or referred to among retail florists as “order gatherers.” In this search result, you’re already losing 6-8 percent of customer clicks to these ads.
