What inspires us as floral artists? Where do we look for new ideas? Do you see a tree, a limb, or an image of something that ignites your creative juices? It’s different for each person. I can be driving and see bark peeling from a tree and think, “I can make something out of that.” I also turn to social media for inspiration. I consider what others are doing and look for ways I can use the concept to create something of my own style.
