Take inspiration from design concepts that students create

As we journey through floral design inspirations, each composition will take on a life of its own. All flowers are different sizes and shapes from one design to another, but mechanics and techniques can be adapted to use the concept in multiple creative fashions. While teaching at a recent Floriology Elements and Principles class, I was demonstrating a large wire armature when one of the students, Michael Smith, took inspiration from my design and created a smaller version. He made a dozen rose bouquet in a crescent shape in the simple armature . . .
